Harvest Orchard Salad – apples, dried cranberries, green onion, romaine, apple vinaigrette, glazed

Ginger Chipotle Glazed Pecans – pecans roasted with brown sugar, cinnamon, sea salt & chipotle

Cranberry Peach Preserves – fresh fruit, fresh ginger, local honey & raw sugar

Sourdough Round – classic crusty round with light spongy center & slightly tangy finish

Shaved Roast Beef – rubbed with simplest seasonings to feature tender juiciness of local beef

Green Bean Almondine – whole, young green beans, lightly steamed with a hint of ginger, butter & almonds
